How to manage my store?

1. Store Setting

You can add your store logo, change your store banner which will be shown on the top of the page when people go to your store, your store name and contact details.

2. Store Theme Template

This will allow you to configure the LOOK and FEEL of your store. You can choose different store style template to meet what you need.

3. Custom Tabs

This will allow you to add more Tab menus and pages on your store. The custom tabs will be shown on the top of the menu bar. Normally, you can add "About Us", "Contact", "Customer Service" and Testimonials".

4. Set up Payment Method

Before you can list your product, you need to set up your Payment Method. You can choose multiple payment methods, the most common and easy way will be PayPal. You should only choose "Credit Card" payment if you have an online merchant account and payment gateway(We can help you to set up your payment gateway if required).

5. Set up Shipping Method

You need to set up your Shipping method before you can list your product. Please specify the shipping method you provide.

6. Set up Product Category

This allows you to create your product category under your store, so the buyer can browse your products easily from your store. Your store category can be different to Emart category.

7. Upload and Manage Products

Upload your product to your store. Here are some tips when upload your products:

1). Please make sure to select a proper category under Emart Mall category and your store category, this will make sure your product will be shown up under the correct category when buyer browse Emart category or your own store category.

2). Your product name is the most important element for potential buyers to find your product on the Emart mall and search engines as well. It is important that to include the "Generic product name" in your product name. For example, if your product is a "Kodak EasyShare M1063 10.3 Megapixel" digital camera, do not just enter ""Kodak EasyShare M1063 10.3 Megapixel" as the product name, please make sure to include "digital camera"(a generic name) as your Product Name, so that when potential buyer search for "digitial camera", your product will be shown up. This is also important to search engine optimization when promoting your products on the search engines.

3). You can upload multiple snapshot pictures of your product. You can adjust the order of the picture show on the screen by click the small green "Arrow" icon.

4). You can also upload more big pictures to the Description box, this will allow you to provide detail information about your product.

5). You can add customize specification such as "Size" and "Color" to your product.

8. Manage your Product Enquiries

Sometimes your Customer or Potential customer will inquire on a product they interested in

from your store. The "Product Enquiries" is all you need to manage your inquiries.

9. Manage your sales orders

You can manage your orders from this interface. You need to process the orders from

"Pending" until "Finished". All orders that

"Pending" status - all of the orders has come to the 3rd phase of the purchase phase or finish the purchase phase will be shown here. You will need to check whether you have received the payment for that order to confirm and move the order to the "Shipping" status. Once an order has been moved to the "Shipping" status, the buyer cannot cancel the order.

"Shipping" status - you can check your orders that has reached this status. Once the order leave your warehouse, you can move the order to the "Shipped" status.

"Shipped" status - Normally the order will stay in this status until you have received a delivery confirmation from your delivery company. And once you do, you can confirm the delivery and move the order to "Finished".

"Finished" status - All the orders that has the delivery confirmed will be moved to the "finished" section. this is for historical purposes.
