Fees and Billing Policy
Transaction Fees
Emart's Transaction Fees payable by the Seller regarding the PriceGrabber Storefronts Service are as follows:

Listing Fees
The first 200 products may be listed for no listing fee. Products listed over the initial 200 products will be subject to a $0.25 AUD per product, per calendar month Listing Fee. All listing fees are non-refundable.
The Purchase Price is the price for which you sell the item, including shipping, GST and handling charges. Emart does not charge fees to purchasers of products. Emart only charges fees to Sellers.
Charges
It is your sole responsibility to update your current credit card information with Emart. If your credit card is declined, has expired, or the credit card issuer otherwise denies payment of accrued fees owed to Emart, Emart may continue to try to process your credit card for payment and/or charge you an administrative fee not to exceed $25.00, and Emart may suspend your Member Account and/or remove other listings you may have placed to sell items through the Emart Merchant Service. Additionally, Emart reserves the right to send your account to a collections agency and to charge interest on any amounts overdue equal to the lesser of one and one and half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, which shall be determined and compounded daily from the date due until the date paid in full. You agree to be responsible for any and all collection expenses incurred by Emart for any amounts owed and overdue.
Fees for Additional Optional Services
Refund Charges
Refunds of Transactions Fees by Emart for out of stock and mutually agreed cancellations will be subject to a Emart refund charge of $2.50.
Modification of Fees.
The fees mentioned above may be adjusted by Emart, in its sole discretion. Adjustments to fees will become effective not sooner than fifteen (15) days of such modification. Emart will notify you of such modifications via http://www.emart.com.au/a30-notice_update.html. In its sole discretion, Emart may also provide notification by other means such as email and post. You agree that it is solely your responsibility to routinely visit this web page for notices of modifications to the Fees and Billings Policy. In the event a Seller does not approve of Transaction Fees after such modification, Seller should remove the applicable item(s) from the Emart Merchant Service and/or cancel their Member Account.
Billing
All the fees owed to Emart for using the Emart Merchant Service will be charged to your credit card in the following way:
On the 15th day of each month.
On the last day of each month.
At any time that the balance of all fees owed to Emart from a single Member Account exceeds $100.
Or immediately upon termination of your Member Account.
The failure by Emart for any reason to charge or collect the above sums shall not relieve the responsibility of the Seller with respect to payments due.
