Drifters Cabernet Merlot 2007: Deep red with purple hues, the colour of this wine gives the warning of the ripe opulent flavours on the nose and palate. Cassis and plums with some spicy oak are apparent on the nose and the rich ripe flavours of fully mature grapes come through on the palate.

Runaway Bay Shiraz 2005: - A plump and juicy Shiraz with just a hint of meaty earthiness creeping in with bottle age. This would make for a very good BBQ wine.

Firebox Chardonnay 2007: The wine displays delightful crisp acidity and characters of melons and stone fruits. Minimal oak treatment was used in only a percentage of the final wine. The result is a crisp, delicate style that is drinking beautifully in its youth. Firebox Chardonnay will marry with an extensive range of cuisine.

Blewitt Springs Chardonnay 2005: A rich cool climate Chardonnay that shows the softening effect of a couple of years of bottle age , with this mellow golden Chardonnay drinking quite nicely.

Te Ora Sauvignon Blanc 2008: Te Ora, roughly translated, means "wellbeing" in Maori - An apt description given this light crisp and pure dry white. Produced by Quarry Road Estate from 100% Marlborough fruit.

Tin Soldiers Semillon 2008: The 2008 vintage was shockingly cold and wet in the Hunter, yet the early picked white are proving to be truly top shelf wines.
